Afghanistan Resource Corridors Project (ARCP) of Ministry of Mines and Petroleum (MoMP) has organized and funded a twelve day training program on (Upstream Oil & Gas Production Sharing Contract (PSC) and Asset Management) to 13 engineers which was conducted by Profex Energy Pvt Ltd from 28th September to 9th October 2015 in Hyderabad India.
Convening the training program was facilitated by Eng. Baryalai Barai Senior Power/Energy Sector Specialist in close coordination with Afghanistan Petroleum Directorate,
The training program mainly focused on oil and gas exploration, seismic data process and interpretation, drilling, well logging and leakage, reservoir estimation, field development plan, mines estimation method, work program, budgeting for well exploration, procurement and HSE.
At the end of the training program, Eng. Aminullah from oil and gas survey directorate on behalf of the participants welcomed such initiative and considered such training programs significant for the capacity building of MoMP engineers. Mr. Anand Mudigonda managing director of Profex Energy thanked all participants and showed his interest for further cooperation with Ministry of Mines and Petroleum. The program was ended by distribution of certificates to participants.
